At Color Your Warrior, operated by Ironmind Design LLC, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping practices.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Processing time includes preparing, packaging, and delivering your order to the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS using one of the following services, depending on the option selected at checkout:

  • USPS First-Class Mail (when available)
  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail Express

Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Color Your Warrior.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for USPS to update tracking information after the package has been accepted into their system.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Because we ship through USPS, delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may be available where USPS provides service.

If USPS cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact you if possible or follow our undeliverable package procedures below.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided:

  • The customer will be responsible for any applicable re-shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable once the package has been dispatched.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Packages Marked as Delivered

Once USPS marks a package as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Color Your Warrior and Ironmind Design LLC are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.
  • Asking neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
  • Contacting your local USPS office for additional assistance.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the damage.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging, if possible.

Providing this information helps us review your claim and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Color Your Warrior is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been accepted by USPS.
